How To Get Here
Where is the South Street Headhouse District (SSHD)? We’re a short walk from many of Philadelphia’s biggest tourist attractions, including Center City, Old City, and the Italian Market. Our district spans South Street between Front and 11th Street, along numbered streets from Lombard to Bainbridge Street, and down 4th Street from Lombard to Christian Streets.
The historic Headhouse Shambles is located on 2nd and Pine Streets, and the Headhouse Plaza is located at 2nd & South Streets. Our on-street office and visitor’s center, the South Street Off Center, is located at 407 South Street.
