Celebrate the fall season in a fun and festive way at the South Street Headhouse District’s PumpkinFest 2023! Join us at the Headhouse Shambles on Saturday, October 28th for an afternoon of family-friendly Halloween arts & crafts, copious amounts of candy, plus potions & bites from neighborhood businesses! Oh, and don’t forget: Pumpkins, pumpkins, and more pumpkins! Thanks to our sponsors, Frankford Candy and TargetPark.

🏆 Costume Contest: ➡ The costume contest timing is TBA. The four categories are 5 & Under, 6-10 Years, 11 & Over, and Families.
🧑🎤 Costumes: ➡ Don’t have a costume? Not a problem! Shop for costumes on and around South Street this Halloween! And if you’re looking for something one-of-a-kind, take a walk down Fabric Row to explore our dozens of fabric stores and custom clothing creators!
🚗 Parking: ➡ Make parking on South Street a breeze with TargetPark! Featuring two conveniently located parking lots on the east end of South Street, TargetPark is here to help you kick back, relax, and enjoy the afternoon instead of fixating on your parking meter. Visit TargetPark at 530 S. 2nd Street or 215 Lombard Street for local and easy parking options! Entrances are located on 3rd near South Street, and Lombard between 2nd and 3rd Streets, just a few steps away from the Headhouse Shambles.
