Judith Goto’s show “Interior Spaces and Beyond” opens at 3rd Street Gallery on Friday, July 7th.  The show will run through Sunday, July 30th.

The elements in the drawings in Interior Spaces and Beyond are a continuation of the components that have shaped my work over the past several years: pattern, texture, color, repetition, and most importantly, layers of those elements placed on top of one another. The interior architecture also lends itself to geometric shapes and asymmetry, which is an important feature of my work.

3rd Street Gallery is an Artist-Owned and Run Cooperative of local area artists. They’re located at 610 S 3rd Street. Gallery hours: Fridays, 4pm – 7:30pm, Saturdays, 1pm – 5pm, and Sundays, 12pm – 4pm.
