91st Annual Easter Promenade
Hop on over to South Street for the 91st Annual Easter Promenade on Sunday, March 31st! This popular Easter tradition is free, family-friendly, bunny-positive, and overflowing with fantastic fashion! Kick-off at 12:30pm, Best Dressed Contest at 1:15pm. Free to attend and enjoy!

Where: Kick-off at 5th & South Street + Best Dressed Contest at Headhouse Plaza
The promenade kicks off at 12:30pm at 5th & South Street, and ends at the Headhouse Plaza on 2nd & Lombard Street! Special guests will lead the pack down South Street, accompanied by Philly mascots, fuzzy friends, and neighborhood celebrities (Psst: They all love to take selfies)!

Promenaders will be led down South Street by Master of Ceremonies Henri David, Mr and Mrs Cotton Tail, Philadelphia Union‘s mascot Phang, and furry friends who love to take selfies! There will also be fashion judges, local celebrities, and FREE bunny ears. At the Headhouse Plaza, Promenaders will be greeted by Philadelphia Eagles cheerleaders and Eagles’ mascot Swoop!
MC Jay Vereen from Wooder Ice will lead a star-studded panel of judges for this year’s Best Dressed Contest, including TV host and entertainment contributor Jen Su; CEO & Co-Founder of Moore Vintage Archive, Keesean Moore; Philadelphia Fashion Incubator alumni & Top 3 finalist from Making the Cut (Amazon Prime), Jeanette Limas; as well as chef & owner of Kalaya, Nok! We will also be joined by a jubilant crew of musicians, WhoaPhat Brass Band!
BEST DRESSED CONTEST:
The Best Dressed Contest will commence at the Headhouse Plaza. Fashion enthusiasts of all ages and genders are invited to celebrate the day by showing off their most extravagant holiday-themed costumes. Hundreds of children, families, and pets enter the contest in hopes to win prizes in categories including:
+ Best Dressed Child – 5 & Under
+ Best Dressed Kids – Ages 6-8
+ Best Dressed Kids: – Ages 9-12
+ Best Dressed Adult – Ages 13 & Over
+ Best Dressed Family – Two or four legs!
+ Best Spring Hat – Show us your best cap, bonnet, fascinator, or high-fashion headwear!
