89th Annual Easter Promenade

Where: Kick-off at 5th & South Street + Best Dressed Contest at Headhouse Plaza
Hop on over to the South Street Headhouse District for the 89th Annual Easter Promenade on Sunday, April 17th! This popular Easter tradition is free, family-friendly, bunny-positive, and stuffed with razzle dazzle!
The promenade kicks off at 12:30pm at 5th & South Street, and ends at the new Headhouse Plaza on 2nd & Lombard Street! Master of Ceremonies Henri David will lead the pack down South Street accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. Cottontail and several of their fuzzy rabbit friends (and they all love to take selfies)!
The Best Dressed Contest will commence at the Headhouse Plaza. The categories for this year’s contest are as follows:

+ Best Dressed Girl (Ages 2-5)

Contest winner prizes include gift cards to Ham + Bone, Head House Books, Moon + Arrow, NEWSBOY Hats, Philly AIDS Thrift, Queen & Rook, Scoop DeVille, Spread Bagelry / Cozette Pizza, & YOWIE. Participants are welcome to join whichever gender category best fits them.
