Zoning
Properties and businesses within the South Street Headhouse District are required to comply with all City zoning, licensing, and other local and state codes and regulations, including those governing allowable uses, signage, property maintenance, and liquor licenses.
The Business and Zoning Committee meets monthly on the first Tuesday of the month at the SSHD offices, if you have a question regarding zoning or wish to present to the Committee, please contact the SSHD offices in advance to schedule.

Snow Removal
Within six hours of the end of a snowfall or freezing rain, owners and/or tenants must clear a path at least 36 inches wide on their sidewalks, including curb cuts.
Do not shovel or sweep the snow into the street.
The penalty for violating this regulation can range from a minimum fine of $50 up to $300 for each violation.
